Had a really fun session today, even though it was a bit more crowded than usual. I still managed to get in everything I wanted, which felt like a small win, so I left happy overall.

We had my daughter’s birthday party at Planet Ice and it turned out really well. I’ve been to a few kids’ parties before where everything feels a bit chaotic, but this one was surprisingly smooth from start to finish. The kids absolutely loved the skating, even the ones who had never tried it before. The staff were friendly and helped with the skates and getting everyone sorted, which made a big difference. The food was simple, but perfectly fine for the kids, and everyone seemed happy. We’d definitely book again, it was a really fun afternoon.

The staff were really lovely and made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. It’s funny how much of a difference that makes — I was having one of those days where even choosing what to eat felt like a major life decision, so friendly people definitely helped. Anyway, everyone I spoke to was kind and pleasant, and I really appreciated it.

Took the kids to Planet Ice and was impressed with how clean it was. The toilets were tidy, the seating area looked well looked after, and there wasnt rubbish all over the place like you sometimes see in busy spots. Staff seemed to be keeping on top of things too, which made the whole visit feel much nicer. Would defintely go back

I ended up having to cancel, but the refund came through really quick, so I can’t complain.

I went at the weekend expecting the queue to be a bit of a nightmare, but it actually moved really quickly. The staff got everyone checked in without any confusion, and we were on the ice sooner than I thought we would be. Entry was simple and hassle-free, which was a nice surprise. I’d definitely go again

Went to Planet Ice with the kids i was surprised by how clean the toilets were. Busy places like that can be grim, but these were tidy, didn’t smell bad, and actually had toilet roll and soap, which makes such a difference when you’ve got children with you. The only thing was I did feel a bit dismissed by staff when I asked a question, like they were too busy to really listen. Still, they’re clearly keeping on top of the facilities, and that definitely deserves credit. 5 stars from me

Customer service did get back to me eventually and sorted things out, but the slow reply made the whole experience feel a bit off.

The site was really easy to use, so I was able to book everything in just a few minutes. No hassle, no confusion—just a simple process that got the job done fast.

Stopped in for a coffee and some chips while my son was skating. I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting around, so I was glad the staff were friendly and got things moving quickly. The tables were clean enough too, which was good. No complaints, cheers

I went to Planet Ice with my dad, who uses a stick, and it was way less stressful than I’d built it up to be in my head. The parking was close, the entrance wasn’t some dramatic obstacle course, and getting inside felt totally manageable. Once we were in, there was plenty of room to move about, and the staff showed us where the loos and seating were without turning it into a whole grand production. It genuinely made the day run so smoothly, which felt like a small miracle

I went for a skate the ice felt really smooth. Not all chopped up like it can be at some other places, you know? I had a nice glide the whole time and didn’t hit any weird rough patches. Happy with it overall — feels like that makes such a difference, doesn’t it?

I had a good time overall, so I can’t complain too much. The hire skates were clean enough, but the pair I got felt old and scuffed up. They still did the job and didn’t ruin the experience, but they could’ve been a lot more comfortable.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but after seeing other families mention it was worth it, we decided to go. The tickets were cheaper than I expected, skates were included, and the kids had a really great time. i’d say it was definitely worth it.

Parking was okay, but not the easiest experience 😅 We did end up finding a spot eventually, but it was busy and a little confusing figuring out where to go. Some clearer signs or extra spaces on busy days would definitely help.

I’m usually a bit cautious with online bookings, so I checked the times carefully and made sure the payment confirmation came through, but everything was clear and the email arrived straight away. No confusing steps or messing about. I’d happily use it again.

Booking itself was fine. Easy. But the extra costs only popped up near checkout. Kind of annoying. Would be better to see the full price upfront...
